Do you think that an employer may be breaking the law by paying less than the minimum wage, denying you sick days, asking about your criminal record, or committing wage theft or workplace discrimination?

You can get questions about your legal rights on the job answered at the Washington Lawyers’ Committee’s free Workers’ Rights Clinic.

The Workers’ Rights Clinic is a walk-in advice clinic for low-wage workers experiencing employment related legal problems. You can meet directly with an intake volunteer who will listen to your story and review any documents or evidence you bring in. The intake volunteer then meets with experienced employment lawyers who pass along advice about your rights and legal options in your individual case. Intakes are held in your primary language when possible, and with the assistance of interpreters when needed. The clinic is free.
